
This department will provide services on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases affecting the patient population. Catheterization and open heart surgeries will be provided to the patients who are in need of such interventions. Cardiac Bypass of coronary arteries and replacement of cardiac valves that control blood flow to and from the heart and pacemaker implanting devices to regulate the heartbeat will be part of the clinical specialty. Open heart surgery is a surgery in which the patient's chest is opened and surgery is performed on the internal structures of the heart. This requires highly skilled and qualified specialists of medical team that are trained in multiple medical disciplines. These surgeries will be performed in fully equipped and technologically advanced surgical suites, which allow for close monitoring of the heart’s functions.
The hospital will be furnished with two fully equipped state of the art operating rooms/suites to accommodate open heart surgeries and two operating rooms/suites for cardiac catheterizing, defibrillation/cardio-version.
This department will be responsible for diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases in both adults and children, and it will be equipped with the latest internationally recognized and advanced medical instruments and technologies that help in early diagnosis of eye diseases and provide suitable treatments. The clinical and medical services will provide for various procedures such as advanced LASIK surgery, treatment of Cataract, Glaucoma, Lens Implants, and expansion of the lachrymal canals of the eyelids. In addition, this department will be responsible for treatment of vision disorders, allergies and eye redness and irritation. This clinical department will be under the supervision of highly trained eye surgeons along with medical staff specialists.
The gynecological department will be treating issues associated with menopause and the reproductive system. Such diagnosis as infections, reproductive tract diseases, and treatment of benign and malignant tumors will be a focus of care. Obstetrics will address all cases of normal delivery and Cesarean sections. A unit dedicated to neonatal and premature infant care will be established.

This department will be responsible for promoting the health of pediatric patients of all ages by providing high quality medical care for infants, children and adolescents. Included will be newborn screening for birth defect syndromes, full exam, vaccinations, in addition to emergency and urgent care services.
This department will employ medical and surgical therapies for the Musculoskeletal system and will provide the means of treatment for traumatic injuries caused by explosions, car accidents, and degenerative diseases, infections, tumors, and congenital disorders, which aims to enhance and restore functional ability and normal life for those who suffer from the physical disabilities because of the aforementioned symptoms. This is a highly skilled area of medicine and requires specialty physicians in Rehabilitative Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery. Staff and employees trained in the fields of physical and occupational therapy will be made part of the team.
The combination of the ICU and CCU departments will be responsible of providing urgent cares for patients with critical health and intensive medical issues. Patients such as those who are admitted for Cardiac Surgery and others with high acuity which requires close monitoring and highly skilled staff of physicians, intensivists and nurses. Both units will be fully equipped with medically advanced equipment such as respiratory ventilators, cardiac monitors, external pacemakers, defibrillators, central IV catheters, suction pumps, nasal gastric equipment and many other equipment that address high acuity patients. These units will be administered through a medical staff that is trained in internal medicine, critical care medicine, surgery, anesthesia, and emergency medicine.
This unit will provide initial treatment of patients who suffer from various serious symptoms of illnesses or injuries, some of which may be life-threatening and require immediate attention such as victims of explosions, violence, and vehicle accidents. Heart attacks, strokes, severe dehydration, chemical injuries and other urgent care needs will be triaged and managed. Emergency Medicine is a medical specialty that requires highly skilled physicians and nurses that can work in a high demand area. The area of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care ICU/CCU will work closely together.
The hospital will be furnished with a fully equipped major laboratory unit that includes diagnostic divisions such as Microbiology, Pathology, Immunology, Chemical Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis. Moreover, the hospital will include an advanced Radiology unit that will include MRI, CAT scans, Ultrasound, X-rays, and other such required equipment. This department will be staffed with Physician Radiologists, technicians, and other such experts.
The outpatient clinics will provide comprehensive and well integrated services for patients with an emphasis on Primary Care and Prevention:
This department will be fully staffed with Pharmacists, Pharm. Techs, and others who will monitor both inpatient and outpatient systems. Inpatient medications, Intravenous Fluids, IV antibiotics, special dose medications such as blood thinners, insulin, drugs used in the Emergency Room and Critical Care Units will have staff trained in the pharmacology of such potent drugs. The outpatient pharmacy clinic will focus on education of medications being dispensed, the proper does, and route of administration with educational information on side effects, etc.
